The Inspection 1 Service for petrol Generation 1 MINI's.

The Inspection 1 service follow's MINI service guideline and includes the following replacement items:

• Mahle oil filter
• Motul 81000 Fully Synthetic Oil (5w30)
• Mahle Pollen FIlter
• Replacement sump plug

The following areas on your MINI are inspected and reported on:

• Check the lights & headlight flasher
• Check Indicators & hazard lights
• Check display & control lighting, heater blower
• Check operation of horn
• Seat Belts - Check condition, reel, locking action, buckle
• Inspect all wiper blades & operation of jets
• Check brake pad thickness
• Check brake discs – thickness & condition
• Check correct operation of hand brake
• Battery - check battery - recharge if necessary
• Body - Check for corrosion, damage and leaks
• Coolant - check level & mixture
• Brake & Clutch - check fluid level and top up
• Steering - Check for play, leaks, damage and wear
• Power steering- visual check for leaks and check level
• Brake system joints and lines - Inspect for leaks, damage and corrosion, location
• Tyres - check condition, pressure, tread wear and depth
• Screen washer - check fluid level and top up
• Carry out diagnostic test
• Reset service interval
• Final inspection - test drive, bed brakes, check steering, clutch and suspension
• Stamp service book
