Lohen are happy to be able to provide MINI R56 owners with a fully MSA Racing approved roll cage designed specifically for the MINI R56 chassis and manufactured by Safety Devices.
It is only suitable for non-sunroof cars in accordance with MSA regulations. In order to comply with MSA regulations, the design of the front cage comes further forward than the Show Spec cage meaning that the routing of the front cage requires interior to be modified. The cross door bars that are supplied with the homologated cage also require the original door cards to be removed.
Like the show cage, the MSA Homologated bolt-in Roll Cage can be bought in sections if required however the homologation only applies to the full cage once installed.
Lohen will be stocking 2 variants of this R56 MSA Approved Safety Devices Cage in the colour Black
PLEASE NOTE - To fit this cage Interior strip is required including the headliner. Standard seatbelts cannot be used, harnesses must be installed.
THIS CAGE DOES NOT FIT WITH THE ROOF LINER INSTALLED.
