A performance brake pad for track day and racing use for MINI’s with standard calipers. Designed to be more of a race pad than the M1155. With positive pressure modulation and high fade resistance. Mintex brake pads are used in the JCW Challenge and are a tried and tested way of improving your standard braking system.
The M1166 is not made for the rear calipers as they are not subject to such extreme conditions as the front. If you want to upgrade the rear brakes as well you can use the M1144 pad.
These pads are also available for the AP Racing Big Brake Kit calipers, please select in the option below. This is a race only material and not suitable for the road. 'Best suited' for race use.
